If you “own” a pet animal,
it means, you have got an animal for yourself,
to be pleased by it. To get something from it,
maybe even its flesh for your oral pleasures.
You can see that it allready sounds weird,
You own it to exploit it, to have something from it,
but you have to feed it,
nurture it, you have to take care of it
all the time,
not a day goes by,
and you are a slave.
Let the animals of this world run free.
Let us take care of them as our friends.
Let us own what we really need.
Own ourselves.
Let us be humans.
